the cinema floor is always dirrrrty - the seats are full of popcorn bits and there needs to be some kind of air conditioning!On a positive note, the toilet seats are very spacious.

The service here was really good and was reasonably priced. I shall not be returning there, however, as i found one of the members of staff there working in the pick and mix section to be terribly rude to me and my boyfriend.When I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the manager, when he clearly had the word ASSISTANT on his name badge. In my haste to leave i forgot to write down his name...
Serious concern to be dealt with:I have been to thiscinema before with my mother, it was great, however, I need to complain about the audio subtitles because my uncle is hard of hearing, and he needs subtitles. I can't watch Mr.bean's holiday at your cinema with my uncle, because, there are no subtitles!!This is not only your cinema who have a ridiculous amount of Mr.bean's holiday being shown with no audio description, or no audio subtitles, all the cinema's in Leeds have this problem!My ridiculously LARGE problem has to be dealt with. This is a major matter!
