Quite frankly the worst meal I have had in the last 15 years. The service was terrible and the food even worse. I get the impression they didn't even want us in there and I have never ever said that about a restaurant.
Waited 10 mins before the waitress could be bothered to ask if we wanted drinks, another 10 mins waiting before been asked to place an order - the place wasn't even busy. Starters then arrived but wrong - we asked for nan bread as a side dish and we were given houmus. My starter sounded delicious on the menu but I ended up with something which was basically mashed potato with peas - it was supposed to contain chicken but i couldn't find any!! Then the main courses - my partner asked for rice with her main course and was given chips! now the bizarre bit - instead of the waitress taking the dish back like in any half decent resturant and bringing out the correct order - the waitress just disappeared - i had to go to the kitchen door to compalin and out came a bowl of chips. My main course was disgusting - it was a lamb dish but contained three small pieces of lamb and loads and loads of fat and gristle! This isn't a critism of Iranian food - i'm sure if cooked properly it would be nice - but my dish wasn't edible. I complained at the end and the manager claimed not to speak English despite running a restaurant in an English city - he didn't want to knock anything off the bill - i wanted to show him the dish to see for himself how bad it was and eventually they deducted a few quid off the bill - even so - 14 quid for a load of rubbish - im suprised the place stays open 0/5 for service - 0/5 for food.
Honestly - there are dozens of fantastic places to eat in Leeds - Avoid this one!
